Light defeats darkness
We promote democratic development and respect for human rights in Russia, respect for international law and peaceful relations with other countries.
We support Ukraine
We support Ukraine’s fight against the invader by every means: organising rallies to remind people that the war is in the heart of Europe, raising awareness of the Kremlin’s crimes and its innocent victims, and raising funds for the needs of the Ukrainian people.
We support political prisoners
Every month we meet to write to political prisoners, mostly unknown to the public, whom we learn about from their cellmates. We have added dozens of new names to the main databases and updated many addresses, and helped Italian friends start lasting correspondences. We cannot give prisoners back their freedom, but supporting them is our duty and our joy.
We inform
Informing Italian voters is one of our central goals. At rallies, conferences, public debates and film screenings, we use every means to bring lesser-known facts to the public.
